Soham-Koel back again

Mix of romance and action in Raja Chanda���������s untitled film marks the hit jodi���������s return as a screen pair; shooting to kick off in September
Soham and Koel Mallick are set to return as leads in director Raja Chanda���������s asyet-untitled film after ���������Chander Bari���������, which released years back.
Confirming the news, Raja said, ���������Soham, Koel and Ashish Vidyarthi play the leads in my next film.It is a romantic caper with some elements of action. Soham falls in love with Koel at first sight and after that, his only aim is to get her by any means.
The film shows how Soham tries to get Koel and whether his efforts pay off. The script is by NK Salil. I can vouch for the fact that the audience will get to see both Soham and Koel in a new avatar. Ashish plays the baddie. We will be leaving for the first leg of the shoot in Hyderabad on September 5.��������� Soham, who plays a fun-loving guy in Soumik Chattopadhaya���������s ���������Phande Poriya Boga Kande Re��������� is happy to bag this project as his role in this film has facets he hasn���������t explored till date. ���������I play a rich guy with loads of attitude. He falls in love with Koel who becomes his obsession. He can go to any extent to win her love,��������� smiled Soham, adding, ���������I am looking forward to act opposite Koel after such a long time. Hope the audience appreciates our jodi.���������
Likewise, Koel too is excited to be paired opposite Soham. ���������Throughout my childhood, I used to imagine Soham as my biggest enemy as he always used to play my father���������s (Ranjit Mallick) son in most of the films,��������� laughed Koel. ���������Onscreen chemistry with an actor builds after working with him or
her. But with Soham, I share a good rapport which I am sure will translate in the film.���������
Talking more about the character Koel informed, ���������I play a girl who is mentally disturbed at one level as all isn���������t well on her family front. She meets Soham and then the journey begins. With time, they bond but whether it is love or just friendship is for viewers to find out.���������
Shrikant Mohta, one of the producers, is hopeful about the new pairing. ���������We wanted freshness in the couple and so we zeroed in on Soham and Koel for this romantic action film,��������� said Shrikant.
