‘Silent Signature’ is a story of love and despair strung together

Directed by Ranajit Das, ‘Silent Signature’ binds love and despair together and gradually builds the suspense on how it spells doom on a young man’s life. Starring Ranajit Das himself and Moubani Sarkar in the lead, the film also has Arun Banerjee, Debranjan Nag, Supriyo Dutta and Tulika Basu in pivotal roles. The romantic drama is releasing this Friday, July 27.
‘Silent Signature’ tells the story of Rudra Debnath who is suffering from a mental disorder but he possesses a rare quality.Once, Rudra had the ability to copy signatures perfectly. During his college days, this unique ability of Rudra had been utilized by his friends leading him to a wrong path. However, Rudra had a feeling for a senior student named Puja from his college but it was a one-sided affair. To win Puja’s heart Rudra eventually decides to build his career first and then ask for Puja’s hand. What happens next forms the crux of the film.
