The track is a collaboration with composer Shantanu Moitra and lyricist Arna Seal. Promoted under the hashtag #TogetherForHer, the song aims to capture themes of resistance and social injustice and a part of the lyrics echoed the RG Kar incident, capturing the spirit of resilience: “Taai pothe fire fire, Raat jagte jabo cholo, Shob mone rekhe rekhe, Aalo jalte jabo cholo.” The song’s lines served as a haunting reminder of the nighter rallies and the struggles women face daily, transforming the stadium into a space of collective mourning and reflection.

Shreya’s announcement has sparked discussions among fans who recall experiencing it live. Eshita Mukherjee commented, “Still can’t believe I experienced this live.” Rimpa described it as a song that "ignites the fire of protest in every human being" and predicts it will resonate for years as a call against injustice.
