Shikari's shoot stalled again by Federation

Shikari���s shoot in Bolpur has been stalled for the second time today.
Said Himanshu Dhanuka, producer of the film, ���The team was supposed to leave for Bolpur today at 4 pm. The director, Joydeep Mukherjee, is waiting at Bolpur to start the shoot from tommrow, with Srabnti, Shakib and Sabyasachi Chakraborty. We don���t know what will happen. We had a schedule in Bolpur from 18th April to 21st April.On the 20th, shooting was stalled by the Federation. Later the matter was resolved, but we had some a couple of shots left in that schedule. We had to re-plan artist combinations and dates availability. We decided that the leftover shots could be canned on April 29. The list of technicians going to Bolpur was emailed on April 25 and hand-delivered to the Federation on April 27. To our surprise, all of a sudden when the unit was about to depart for Bolpur today, we were informed that Swarup Biswas has said we will not be allowed to do the shooting tomorrow. His reason is that the letter containing the list of technicians needs to be submitted 15 days before the shooting commences.
