Sequel of Raktabeej gets announced

After Raktabeej in 2023, fans eagerly anticipated a sequel. Finally, after months of suspense, directors Nandita Roy and Shiboprosad Mukherjee made an announcement on this Republic Day: Raktabeej 2 is set to hit the big screen this Durga Puja.
The news has already sent waves of excitement through the audience, who are thrilled to see the continuation of the gripping story that left them on the edge of their seats. And just like their previous film Bohurupi was shot across 84 unique locations, the sequel promises to be even more expansive, with filming set to take place in a variety of breathtaking new locations.

Sharing his experience Shiboprosad said, "The film is being planned on a much larger canvas than Bohurupi. The script is still being fine-tuned, and as a result, the casting for the roles has not been finalized yet."
