'Sentimentaaal a much needed masala flick’

The Baba Yadav directorial, Sentimentaaal, which stars Nussrat Jahan and Yash Daasguptaa, pits the quirky cop played by Yash against a powerful politician played by Sayantani Ghosh. The masala entertainer, which is produced by YD Films, is running in theatres.
Yash, who is also the film’s producer, told us that they have tried to make a massy entertainer. “I am sure the audience will enjoy the film. As a producer, the journey of making the film has taught me a lot, which will help me in future projects,” he said.
Asserting that commercial films have made her what she is today, Nussrat said, “Our film has the right dose of masala in it that will make you smile.”
