Sayantani returns to Tolly

Sayantani Ghosh has signed a Bengali film after a really long time.
The actress will be playing the lead opposite actor Abir Goswami from the show Pyaar Ka Dard Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara, in director Raj Behl���s debut film Sakkhat.
The cast also includes Bharat Kaul, Rimjhim Gupta, Jayjit Banerjee and Suhina Ray among others. Talking about the film, Raj said, ���It is a supernatural thriller, written by Manoj Tyagi, who has done screenplays for films like Corporate, Apaharan and Inkaar.Sayantani plays a journalist who helps a child trying to save her father, in prison. I can���t divulge more since it���s a thriller. Abir plays a cop, and Sayantani, I feel is a brilliant actress. I am sure the audience wants to see her again in a Bengali film.���
