Sayantani Guhathakurta is feeling a bit upset and why not? She had to cancel her trip to
Sikkim
because of the current
COVID
crisis and her health condition.
“Just a day after the elections in our area, on April 10, I fell sick. I am suffering from low pressure and also my hemoglobin levels in the blood have dropped considerably. I had to be given saline and lots of medicines. And then, the doctor diagnosed that I also had a urine infection and I have been in a lot of pain since then. So, I had to cancel my holiday plans. All the bookings of the hotels and flights were done. But everything has to be rescheduled now for a later date. Also, the rise in COVID cases is alarming. The entire situation has made me really upset,” revealed the actress.
On the work front, Sayantani is looking forward to getting back to work mode. “It’s a film by a well-known director and I can’t reveal much about it now. Apart from that, I have a few shootings pending for two music videos. I hope I recover soon and get back to work fit and fine. After wrapping up the film project, I will head for Sikkim for the much-awaited
vacation
,” she added.
