Sayantan Ghosal whose Puja release ‘Satyanweshi Byomkesh’ has garnered a lot of praise featuring introducing Prambrata Chatterjee as the iconic sleuth is now ready to offer a treasure hunt adventure drama. Titled

‘Sagardwipe Jawker Dhan’

, the film stars Parambrata Chatterjee, Koel Mallick and Gaurav Chakrabarty in the lead.

A large portion of the film has been shot in remote islands of Thailand and Sayantan recalls the thrilling experience they had during the shoot. He says Parambrata’s diving sequences were the most dangerous part. “The sea so turbulent, it scared everyone, particularly during Parambrata’s

sequence shoots. Can you believe it? Parambrata doesn’t know swimming and jumped in the middle of the ocean. The weight of the oxygen cylinder on his back looked dangerous. Also the not so predictable high tide and low tide made it more difficult. Some of the desolate islands where we were shooting were engulfed by the ocean suddenly and we had to the place in a hurry. It sounds adventurous now, but on the spot it scared the hell out of us,” said the young director.

In the adventure flick, Parambrata plays Kumar and Gaurav Chakrabarty essays out the role of Bimal. Koel will be seen as Dr. Ruby Chatterjee.
Produced by

Surinder Films

, the adventure drama will release on December 6.
