Excited to be making her foray into filmdom with a venture that boasts of experienced names like Mithun, Rituparna and Roopa, Sangeeta explains why she thought this was the best launchpad for her, ���������I should thank my stars to have gotten the opportunity to debut in a Partho Ghosh venture.

Incidentally, Sangeeta is paired opposite Aviraj. Giving details about her role, she says, ���������Mithunda���������s character gets me married to Aviraj. I am Roopa Ganguly���������s daughter, Mishti, and I address Mithunda as my brother. In the course of this love story, Mithunda rescues me from the clutches of the villain, essayed by Rajatava (Dutta) and gets me married to my love interest.���������
While Rehmat Ali will soon hit theatres, the fresher already has signed on her next. ���������This film, titled Dhrubotara, will be by Probir Nandi. I am once again paired opposite Aviraj and we both play college students here. In fact, while my character comes from a well-off background, Aviraj���������s is just the opposite. In short, this film will be a sweet love story,��������� signs off Sangeeta.
