Rudranil prescribes a perfect dose of laughter therapy!

In ‘Thai Curry’ Rudranil Ghosh is back to his comic avatar. He plays Nitin, a freckle minded aimless guy settled in Thailand making all of us laugh with his funny, witty dialogues. Directed by newcomer Ankit Aditya, it’s a pure comedy movie and Rudranil assures it will be a laugh riot.
“I think particular now people would like to see this film more than ever. First of all, films involving friendship with fun made rarely in Bengali cinema these days.Last it’s ‘Katmundu’ which became a huge hit and the audience from all sections loved it. This kind of films never grows old. Secondly, when the entire nation is stormed by the political scenario, the violence, the tension between the two neighbouring countries, I believe people now want some comedy relief. Nobody wants tension in life. That’s why this dish ‘Thai Curry’ is extremely important for everyone. I am expecting people will love this film and I am, personally, so happy to be a part of this film,” says the seasoned actor who will next be seen in Srijit Mukherji's 'Vinci Da'.
Beside Rudranil, Soham Chakraborty and Hiraan play the other male leads while Bidya Sinha Mim, Poulomi Das and Trina Saha will be seen as the female leads. Saswata Chatterjee plays a mafia here.
