Ritwick, Parno, Paoli in Mainak Bhaumick's comedy?

Mainak Bhaumick ��� the mascot of quirky, urban tales in Tollywood ��� is ready to explore new ground after his relationship tale, Take One, got a lukewarm response at the box office. The grapevine has it that he is ready to cast Ritwick Chakraborty, Paoli and Parno Mittra in his upcoming film, Chor ��� a full-on comedy that will also have elements of a road movie.

His only aim is to recover the stolen money he had hidden before getting caught. Meanwhile, he meets a depressed upper middle-class girl. He needs her help to prove to his parents that he���s doing well in life and coaxes her to play his wife. Then there is his arch-nemesis, his friend and former lover who also wants to grab the money. We���ve heard Mainak wants to cast Ritwick as the thief along with Parno as the depressed girl on the run. Paoli may play the antagonist.��� The film will go on the floors in end December.
Ritwick, who is holidaying in Purulia with his family, said, ���We���ve had initial talks. I would love to work with Mainak as he is one director who experiments with roles. It would give me many opportunities to explore myself as an actor.��� Parno, whose last film with Mainak was Ami AarAmar Girlfriends, is not willing to divulge too many details. ���All I can say is that it���s a meaty role and the story is very different from Mainak���s earlier films,��� said the actress with a smile. Paoli stressed that the film will offer her a role she has not portrayed before. ���Working with Riwick will be a bonus,��� she said.
Repeated calls and messages to Mainak remained unanswered.
