Excited about the festival entry, the top actress from Tollywood said, “I feel truly honoured and will soon be travelling to Italy. Ahaa Re has been given two screenings and this will be my second visit to Italy. Just a few days back, I visited Lake Como with my husband on our trip to Switzerland. I am happy with the love that Ahaa Re has been receiving.”Director Ranjan Ghosh too is looking forward to the festival that promotes the diverse perspectives of the Indian diaspora. “The film recently completed 50 days at the box office and we were waiting for Ritudi to return from Santiniketan, so that we could hold a small get-together. She was shooting for Datta and things had to be kept on hold for a while,” he said, adding that he is happy with the effort that his team has put in. Ahaa Re is about two completely different persons from two different countries and religions and how they bond over their love for cooking. Rituparna is seen as someone who runs a home catering service, while Bangladeshi actor Arifin Shuvoo plays a chef from opar Bangla.
