Rituparna Sengupta wins the second battle against COVID, resumes work today

Rituparna Sengupta has recovered from

COVID

and has resumed work from today. The multi-faced actress took to her Twitter handle to confirm the happy news of her recovering from the virus. She wrote, "I am absolutely fit and fine now ...joining work from today! Thanks for all your love and prayers ...God bless everyone.."


Rituparna Sengupta was tested positive for COVID-19 on January 8, and the actress announced it through her Twitter page earlier too. It's the second time that she was diagnosed with the coronavirus, she suffered minor symptoms after her journey from

Singapore

to Kolkata. She then immediately isolated herself on the top floor of her house and stayed away from her family members. With the medicines advised by her doctor, Rituparna Sengupta has won the battle against the COVID once again.


In early 2021, Rituparna Sengupta was tested positive for COVID-19, when she was in Singapore. Later, she was admitted to a recovery center and got cured of the disease.
