The film stars Rituparna Sengupta, Ferdous, Parno Mittra and Ritwick Chakraborty.���Khanchadeals with single women and how they are unsafe in our society. Rituparna plays an executive, who works for a corporate house. A divorcee, she lives on her own in a posh apartment on Park Street. Being a single woman, she has to bear the brunt of it. Parno, on the other hand, plays a village girl living in Basirhat border with her uncle, who later takes advantage of her. So, the condition of women remains the same irrespective of where she comes from,��� said the director. About his cast, the director said, ���I feel both Rituparna and Parno are talented actors, who can bring out the pain, trauma and agony of being single women.��� The film will go on the floors in June.
