Rituparna and Arifin Shuvo in Aha Re

After a short hiatus, Rituparna Sengupta is all set to produce a movie, Aha Re. Directed by Ranjan Ghosh, whose Hrid Majharey was praised by the audiences and critics alike, the film will have Rituparna and Arifin Shuvo in the lead. It's a cross-border love story — that of finding true love. Rituparna plays the role of a homecook while Bangladeshi actor Arifin will be seen essaying the role of a chef from Dhaka. Tollywood had its first food film — Swade Ahlade back in 2015. Then there was Pratim D Gupta's Maacher Jhol. Rituparna, who is a self-proclaimed foodie, is excited about the film. The film is all set to go on floors in February.
