A special feature dedicated to Rabindra Jayanti will see popular TV stars come together and explore the corpus of the bard in their own unique ways.
A special feature dedicated to Rabindra Jayanti will see popular TV stars come together and explore the corpus of the bard in their own unique ways.
It will feature a group of friends, who go to Shantiniketan to visit one of the friend���s mother. The friends, while enjoying an adda session starts to relive memorable incidents of their lives one by one.
While reminiscing, they realize that each moment can be aptly expressed through a Rabindra Sangeet, thus bringing out mentions of popular songs by the Nobel laureate and his relevance in their lives. Juni and Krishnendu and their friend Ragini, whose mother they have come to visit, all come from different backgrounds and therefore relate to him differently. Through this rich and soulful exchange of their worlds, accompanied by music, dance and poetry, they rediscover their friendship and also this milestone of their culture called Rabindranath. The mother brings in a conventional aspect to the theme while the youngsters provide fresh and youthful take. Characters such as Samantak and Tapur are also seen for a short while, in cameos.
