Priyanka Sarkar’s ‘Andarkahini’ travels to Sri Lanka

Priyanka Sarkar starrer ‘Andarkahini’ has won many a million hearts in the international arena while travelling all around the world. Now, another feather has been added to its crown. The Arnab Middya directorial will now travel to Jaffna International Film Festival in Sri Lanka and will be screened on October 7. Priyanka herself shared the news through her Twitter handle recently.She wrote: “Another feather to the cap! #AndarKahini will be screened at Jaffna International Film Festival. Indeed a proud moment for the entire team.”
Apart from Priyanka in the lead, ‘Andarkahini’ has Rajesh Sharma, Saayoni Ghosh, Soumitra Chatterjee, Anindya Chatterjee, and Nitya Ganguly in other important roles.
The narrative sees four different women and their troubled relationship with their brother, father, friend and husband. Interestingly Priyanka is playing all the four women. Each story focuses on the daily challenges these women face to save their respective relationships.
This film has already won her the Best Actress Award at this year’s Dadasaheb Phalke Film Festival.
