Priyanka is excited about Bornoporichoy

Priyanka Sarkar, who is busy promoting Mainak Bhaumik’s Bornoporichoy, is very excited about her upcoming film. Talking about it, Priyanka said that though she has acted in it, it’s the audience in her that is more eager to watch the film.

In the film, she is playing the character of Malini -- wife of a police officer named Dhananjoy, played by Jisshu U Sengupta. Actor Abir Chatterjee is also part of the thriller.

Speaking about her character, Priyanka told us, “Malini is very close to her husband, but due to family issues and constant work pressure, they drift apart. But as the story moves forward, they come close again.” She said that her character needed intense acting on her part and to portray the different layers, she had to work hard and do her homework.
