Priyanka Bhattacharjee delighted to share screen with Ritabhari

Priyanka Bhattacharjee who has already made her name on the small screen with serials like Maa, Tumi Asbe Bole and web will soon make her big screen debut in a thriller sharing screen with Ritabhari Chakraborty, Ankush and Bonny Sengupta. The yet-untitled suspense thriller directed by Joydeep Mukherjee is full of suspense, thrill and a lot of drama.
Priyanka who will be seen as Ritabhari’s sister says it has been quite an experience, especially shooting with Ritabhari.“I play Ritabhari di’s sister and we bonded over superbly on the set. She’s is such a lovely person, a great human being. There’s a scene where she rides a scooty with me and I had to learn how to drive a scooty. She helped me a lot. I won’t divulge much about my character since it has a great significance in the narrative. Let the suspense be intact,” shares the young actress with ETimes.

Priyanka has known the director since her early days in the industry working with him on the small screen. So, there was no extra pressure in working with Joydeep in the film. “I know Joydeep uncle for a long time. I have worked with him for a TV serial. So there’s a good understanding between us and he makes everything easy for you. He knows what he exactly wants from his actors.
Speaking about his character in the film Bonny had earlier told us: “Both Ankush and I play police officers in this film. I play a corrupt officer and then after Ankuh joins as my boss, I change slowly. Falaque Rashid Roy has been cast opposite me. This is my first film with Ankush and Ritabhari, so I am looking forward to it.” Bonny is also a part of Sayantan Ghosal’s film which also has Soham, Ayushi, and Kouhani Mukherjee in key roles.
Meanwhile, Ritabhari, who plays Ankush’s love interest, added, “I play Esha, a doctor, who helps Ankush and Bonny with forensic reports to solve a case. As it is a thriller, I can’t divulge much.”
