Pritha Chakraborty, who directed Mukherjee dar Bou, will get married on March 11 to her longtime friend, Ambar Banerjee.
“The marriage is on March 11 and the reception is on March 15. Ambar and I have been friends for the past seven years and the relationship took a romantic angle two years ago. I am in ad films making and Ambar is into marketing. So, we met through work and I was impressed by his feed-back.
His aesthetic sense is something I admire,” said the would-be-bride. Pritha added, “My father was not keeping well. So, we both decided that to take our relationship one step forward, we should get married and stay under the same roof.” Who is more romantic, we ask Pritha. “Ambar is practical, but I am too romantic by nature,” said Pritha with a smile. The director is working on her next film, which is a relationship tale.
