Pratigya Group forays into film production

Pratigya Group,a business group with diverse interests like hospitality, housing projects etc announced the launch of their latest business venture which is film production by launching a company called Pratigya Media Pvt Ltd.The company will produce three films initially which will be directed by Nitish Roy, Arindam Dey and Anjan Dutt.
The first film Mahakaash Kando which will go on the floors from 25th July and will be directed by Nitish Roy will be a science fiction film ,a genre which is completely alien to Tollywood film makers and will be about how the lives of Haribabu and his family is transformed with the visit of the extra terrestrials.The second film The Pact will be a captivating thriller by Arindam Dey and the third film Darjeeling er Raasta which will be directed by Anjan Dutt will be about what else, but Anjan's favourite place of all time, Darjeeling called Darjeeling er Raasta.
The launch took place at HHI on Monday where June Mallya was the emcee for the evening and present on the occasion were a few members of the cast and Dipten Banerjee, Managing Director, Pratigya Group.
