‘Piya Re’ official trailer is already winning hearts

Directed by Abhimanyu Mukherjee, 'Piya Re' is touted to be a realistic romantic film revolving around a middle-class man and a girl from a backward family. After teasing the fans with two intriguing posters, the makers have now released the trailer and it has already won many a heart earning appreciation from the film fraternity also. This romantic drama marks the return of the fan favourite jodi of Srabanti Chatterjee and Soham Chakraborty on the big screen. Soham will be seen as a middle-class man, who takes an initiative to start a new business in a slum area while Srabanti's character belongs to a poor family. Despite facing financial challenges she carries on with her study.

Soham and Srabanti were last seen together in Birsa Dasgupta's superhit movie ‘Sudhu Tomari Jonyo’.
