Parambrata has a lot on his plate!

Parambrata Chattopadhyay whose latest release ‘Sagardwipey Jawker Dhan’ is garnering praise from all corners has a lot on his plate including two Bollywood releases.
“I will be seen in Srijit Mukherji’s Dwitiyo Purush, Anindya Bikas Datta’s Shakuner Lom, Arindam Bhattacharya’s Antardhan, Sudeshna Roy and Abhijit Guha’s Sraboner Dhara, and Raj Chakraborty’s next and my own film, Bonny.There are two Hindi films too — Seema Pahwa’s Ramprasad Ki Tervi and Anvita Dutt’s Bulbul. Also, I will start shooting next for Byomkesh, based on Durga Rohoishyo, from May-June 2020. I will also be making a biopic on actor Soumtira Chatterjee, revealed the versatile actor while speaking about his upcoming projects.
Meanwhile, Parambrata’s ‘Sagardwipey Jawker Dhan’ is a treasure hunt drama directed by Sayantan Ghosal. The film which released on December 6 also sees Gaurav Chakrabarty, Koel Mallick, Rajatava Dutta, Kanchan Mallick and others in pivotal roles.
The story takes us to a remote island in Southeast Asia where lies the mythical Red Mercury, a chemical compound which could well be the key to resolving the fossil fuel crisis. But that`s not all. Research suggests that this rare compound could also bring about advancements in medical science. Sagardwipey Jawker Dhan follows the story of a group of people who set out in search of Red Mercury, and what happens during their quest.
