Pallavi Chatterjee is all set to pamper Prosenjit today

Pallavi Chatterjee feels that Raksha Bandhan is an auspicious occasion that celebrates the beautiful bond and unconditional love between brothers and sisters. “From our childhood, both Raksha Bandhan and Bhai Phonta are celebrated in our house in a grand way if dada (Prosenjit Chatterjee) is in town. But this year, because of the

, we are keeping the ritual very simple. I will go to his place around 5 pm to tie the rakhi. So many people usually come to his house on this day to tie rakhis, but this year, that won’t be possible because of the pandemic,” she said.

Speaking about the plans for the evening, she said, “I bought a leather laptop bag for him as a rakhi gift. And I am making karela (bitter gourd) chutney, samosas and halwa for him. Homemade samosas with tea are his favorite. He wanted to give me a cycle so that I can exercise and work out at home, but I have asked him not to do so now.”
