Nusraat Faria ends 9-year-long relationship, breaks engagement with long-term boyfriend

Nusraat Faria took to her social media handle to announce her breakup with beau Rony Rashid and it left her fans in shock with no clue about what went wrong. The two have been dating for nine long years and have always seemed a match in heaven. Three years ago, on March 1, the actress had even announced her engagement with Rony. However, since then there were rumours that things are not going well between the two and it’s trouble in paradise. Speculation was rife that they have parted ways although Faria did not disclose anything in public neither she gave any hint to the media. Thed actor always insisted that things are normal between the two. So, this latest announcement from her came as shocker. Announcing her breakup on Instagram she wrote, "To all my fans and well-wishers, 3 years back on this day, we had announced our engagement. After much hurdles and thoughts, Rony and I decided to part our ways after 9 years of being together as a couple." Interestingly, Faria being a talented singer as well has so far released three songs. Interestingly, after the release of each song, the actress said that it is dedicated to her beloved. If we closely look at all these songs, the first one, "Pataka", was a breakup song, and it might be a hint about her breakup, while the second song "Ami Chai Thakte" with Master D, she seemed to have delivered a sign of patching up.The last one "Habibi" was again a love song. Many are now curious about what exactly went wrong between the two. She also wrote in her post, "We are lucky to have an amazing friendship and understanding, which will always be part of our lives. I will request my fans and well-wishers to pray and give me blessings in these difficult times." Interestingly, last year in September when Nusraat was asked about her marriage she had said "I am too busy with acting to think about marriage right now. I want to focus all my energy and time working on films, as it's my first love." The actress was recently in Thailand to shoot the sequel to the comedy capper ‘Bibaho Obhijaan’.
