Many of Srijit’s films have left a mark in international festival circuit. Recently, his last venture Vinci Da too has been screened at the London Indian Film Festival on June 21 and 25. “This is one of the most prestigious festivals. Of course, it is exciting news for us,” he told us earlier.
The filmmaker is currently busy with his next, Gumnaami. Prosenjit Chatterjee, who plays the lead in the film, had earlier said, “Srijit was super cool on the sets this time. It was quite a stressful shoot, as the subject was not so easy. I must say Soumik (Haldar) has done a brilliant job.
