Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mimoh stars in a Women’s Day special short film

Celebrating International Women’s Day, Sujoy Mukherjee’s latest short film ‘Ab Mujhe Udna Hai’ pays a small tribute to the indomitable spirit of women. The short stars veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mimoh Chakraborty and Jasmine Grover in the lead. The short film is already receiving appreciation from one and all.
Sharing his thoughts on this special Women’s Day film, Mimoh says, “Ab Mujhe Udna Hai colors the life of women who are trying to get away with their past in a society where gender is tightly woven into the minds of the people in a certain way.It has really opened my eyes to see what women must go through and I urge everyone to watch it.”

Mimoh will next be seen in 'Rosh' and 'Jogira Sa Ra Ra' which stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Neha Sharma. Starting his Bollywood journey in the year 2008 with the film ‘Jimmy’, Mimoh made his Bengali debut with the 2013 film ‘Rocky’ which was a remake of the 2011 Telugu film ‘Oosaravelli’.
