Megaserial Maa achieves a new milestone

Jhilik and Phulki are two household names now. All thanks to the megaserial Maa which achieved a new milestone recently as it celebrated 900 episodes.
Says Mahendra Soni from Shree Venkatesh Films, ���Maa is the longest running serial in the channel it���s telecasted on and has continued to garner the highest TRP over the years. Given it���s strong storyline, we are optimistic it will celebrate 900 more episodes.���
Says the show���s director, Debidas Bhattacharyya, ���There���s a huge onus to live up to audiences expectations.I feel the show is so popular because it���s not the usual saas-bahu saga. And the story is only going to get better. The coming episodes will revolve around Aditya ��� whether it���s only Protima Roy Chowdhury���s property he���s concerned about and also he develops a soft spot for Jhilik or Phulki.���
