Manoj sir makes his co-actors feel very comfortable on sets: Rii

Rii Sen has had a choc-o-block schedule for the past few months. The actress completed shooting for a Hindi film titled Despatch, directed by Kanu Behl. The film also stars Manoj Bajpayee and Shahana Goswami in the lead. “The film revolves around the world of journalism and how competitive and interesting it is at the same time. There are a lot of twists and turns in the film which I can’t disclose at the moment.I play Noori, a crime reporter. I have a lot of journalist friends and they helped me get into the skin of the character,” said Rii. Speaking ofher working experience with Manoj Bajpayee, the actress shared, “It was a wonderful experience working with Manoj sir. Shahana plays Manoj sir’s wife in the film. I have shared a lot of screen space with Manoj sir and the acting tips I got from him are priceless. He has an interest in astrology, so, during free hours, we would discuss it. The best part is that Manoj sir makes his co-actors feel very comfortable on sets. I completed shooting for the film in January and we will soon start dubbing for it.”
Rii is busy shooting for the mega serial, Khukumoni Home Delivery. “I am a part of another serial, titled Gouri Elo Ghore, wherein I am paired opposite Bhaswar Chatterjee,” informed the actress.
Rii is single at present and is prioritising her career. “At this stage in my life, what matters the most is my work. I am in a happy space now. I am the man of my life, so I will be pampering myself on V-Day,” said Rii with a smile.
