She came, she saw and she conquered! In spite of the presence of Tollywood stars and heroines dressed to the hilt, it was our very own chief minister MAMATA BANERJEE who stole the show at the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute (SRFTI) on Thursday evening.She, along with the entire ���������Khokababu��������� unit, including DEV and SUBHASHREE, attended the screening of the film, directed by D SANKARAAIYA. Didi, of course, played the role of a perfect host, personally requesting everyone not to leave without having dinner.
Seated among the aam janta, Didi was dressed in her usual white dhanekhali sari. Said Dev, ���������Didi stayed back with us till late! A CM spending so much time with us is unthinkable. She really enjoyed the film and even said that it should have released nationally as people outside Kolkata should know how the Bengali film industry has advanced. She even complimented me on my dance moves and action stunts.���������
Said Subhashree, ���������Didi loved the song ���������Soniye tu��������� and ���������Pyar ka jhatka���������. She was keeping the beats and asked me whether I am a trained actor and a dancer. Didi even asked me, ���������Eto sundor costumes gulo film er por ki koro?��������� She was hell bent that I should eat properly. ���������Khao, khao, khao��������� was the only thing she kept on telling the guests but she herself had a bowl of soup, paneer pakoda and papad.���������
