Leads missing at premiere

Sanghamitra Chaudhuri was all nerves and she had all the reason to be. Her film, ���������Someday Somewhere���������, was being screened at a south Kolkata theatre on Friday.
But post-screening, she appeared much relieved. ���������The verdict is out and I have got positive responses from my audience. In fact, many have told me that this is my best till date,��������� the filmmaker confessed.Ask her how she would ratae herself as a director and Sanghamitra added, ���������It���������s not easy to complete a film in 11 days. Given more time and budget, I would have done a better job.���������

Interestingly, both the leads of the film were missing from the premiere action. Sanghamitra came to their defense, ��������� S h a h e b Bhattacherjee was very kicked about the release. But he had to rush to Scotland due to some family emergency. Paoli was there for the music release. But curently, she is busy with her workshop for the Vikram Bhatt project in Mumbai. She could not get any leave.���������
Voice Over
Debjani essayed the role of Paoli���������s sister-in-law, Alo. But Her voice was dubbed by Jayati. The director reasoned, ���������She could not give us the time for dubbing. Also, Alo���������s character was not that dynamic as Ruu. Hence, we wanted a voice that would reflect these traits.��������� In fact, the director herself had dubbed for Chiring Thapa���������s mother���������s character.
