Music plays a pivotal role in Raja Chanda���������s ���������Jaaneman���������. If Shilpa Rao made news with her Tollywood debut, there���������s yet another song, ���������Tomar amar prem��������� that has Zubin Garg exercising his vocal chords. And the sequence is integral to the film, feels leading lady Koel Mallick.
���������The song is featured on Ria (my character), who meets her grandmother (Saswati Guha Thakurata) for the first time with the help of Soham. This can well be called the turning point of the film as Ria is shown to be looking for her grandmother since childhood. This song also shows the bonding between Soham and Ria.���������
About her look in the song, Koel informs, ���������Ria comes from a zamindar family and so, in this scene, I���������ll be seen in a sari and traditional jewellery. This is the only sequence in the film where I get to wear a sari.���������
