‘Kishore Kumar Junior’ motion poster is winning hearts

The teaser of Kaushik Ganguly’s next ‘Kishore Kumar Junior’ has already created ripples through the social media. In the musical drama, Prosenjit Chatterjee will play the character of Kishore Konthi, a vocalist who sings only Kishore Kumar’s hits. Now, to intensify the craze surrounding the film, the makers have released an exciting motion poster in which Prosenjit can be seen holding the mike in his new singer avatar.It has already received an overwhelming response from the Prosenjit fans.
Perhaps, no one could have done more justice to the titular character in this film than Prosenjit, as his debut film, ‘Pratisodh’ (1981), had a superhit song by Kishore Kumar himself.
During a recent media interaction, Prosenjit himself said he is quite excited to be a part of this project. “I stepped into Tollywood with a film that had a superhit song from none other than Kishore Kumar. My first film became a Box Office success and Kishore Kumar’s voice played a big part in it. So, this film is my tribute to the legendary singer.”
While Aparajita Adhya essays the onscreen wife Prosenjit Chatterjee in the film, popular actors Rajesh Sharma, Lama and Masood Akhtar will be seen in other important characters.
