To make people aware of this great individual’s contribution towards Indian cinema, director Arun Roy is all set to helm a biopic titled ‘Hiralal’ to honour one of India’s foremost filmmakers.

Some of the iconic figures of Bengal will be shown in this biopic including the legendary

Girishchandra

. Popular actor Kharaj Mukherjee will be seen in this role. Saswata Chatterjee and Shankar Chakraborty will also essay two key roles.

However, the final announcement on who will essay the role of Hiralal hasn't come out yet. The shooting is already in progress in some prominent places like
