Kaushik Ganguly shoots a film about a transgender

I don't know if the announcement of too many films is confusing that Kaushik Ganguly has kept his current project under wraps.The director, who delivered a hit with

Bishorjon

and a dud with Chhaya O Chhobi this year, has already announced his next,

Drishtikon

, with Rituparna Sengupta and Prosenjit Chatterjee, which will hit the floors post-Puja. In between, he is shooting a film about a transgender. A small-budget film, it was supposed to star Ritwick Chakraborty and Riddhi Sen at the beginning. I wouldn't know if the film is made for the festivals, but then awards have a charm of their own.
