Kaushik Ganguly, Prosenjit Chatterjee rejoice Kaberi Antardhan’s 25 days at the theatres

Shot amidst the picturesque scenery of North Bengal, Kaushik Ganguly’s murder mystery- Kaberi Antardhan is set in the turbulent seventies. The film which stars Prosenjit Chatterjee, Indraneil Sengupta, Churni Ganguly and Srabant has just completed 25 days at the box office.
Kaberi Antardhan is a chronicle of an ordinary man's quest to unravel the truth behind a painful death of an individual.
Talking about the success of the film at the box office, Kaushik shared, “This is the fifth week and the audience is still flocking to the theatres to watch the film and that says it all. I would have been happier with better show timings but still, it is heartening to see so many people talking about the film, and word of mouth is helping the film to sustain and grow. The film is still running houseful on weekends.”

Prosenjit Chatterjee said, “Bengal has proved, yet again, that if you provide good content the audience will go to the theatres to watch a film. Despite a big Hindi film release, Kaberi Antardhan is doing well at the box office. It just completed 25 days and the whole team is sure that it will do more than 50 days at the box office. I am happy that the producer is elated with the response of the film from the audience and the box office” He added, “After 30 years in this industry, I am not part of any rat race. Now I want to be part of films where I can experiment with my character and in a way challenge myself as an actor. Kaberi Antardhan has given me that chance and I look forward to working with Kaushik in the near future.”
