Lubdh

’ inspired by a real-life incident. It stars debutant Aditya Dey, Ankur Bhatia and Joy Sengupta among others in key roles.

The storyline revolves around a 20-year-old Hara, played by debutant Aditya Dey, who comes from a economically backword family from Murshidabad, West Bengal. Ankur Bhatia plays a corrupted STF officer Basu representing the dirtiness and the greedy facts of our system.

Babadham mandir

, a popular pilgrimage. Joy Sengupta will be seen as a Priest (Akhilesh Prasad) of the mandir who gets involved in a dirty business and shows the highest level of greediness. This story also shows temptation can lead anyone to go to any extent to earn something extra, which touches the story behind the Mandir of Babadham.

‘Lubdh’ has been shot in and around some exotic locations of Jharkhand and Tripura.
