The horror thriller revolves around a young lad Rehan (Bonny) who comes to a town up in the hills as a hotel manager. Soon he is up against a mysterious energy that lurks in the darkness of a haunted mansion. He meets a local girl amidst all these and the story moves on with lots of twists and turns, and eventually unearths buried secrets from the past. What happens next forms the crux of this psychological thriller.

Interestingly,

Parambrata

will be seen as an elderly priest in the film and his character plays a key role in the narrative as his character seems to know about the mysterious past of the town and also helps Bonny’s character in his quest.

The title of the film might give you an immediate reference to Mahabharata but the director had earlier shared with ETimes that this film has no connection to the story of the epic. “Thematically I wanted to refer to a house or foundation that’s unstable, highly combustible and catches fire easily. What happens to the characters in that house metaphorically creates a greater part of the story. So we decided to justify the title with this interesting word,” Saptaswa had told.
