Jeetu Kamal jets off to London for 'Babusona' and 'Apanjon' shoots

Actor Jeetu Kamal will fly off to London on Saturday to shoot for two back-to-back films. Both the films—Babusona and Apanjon are being directed by Anshuman Pratyush. Jeetu will be back in town in the second week of June.

“I am looking forward to this trip. This will be my second time in London after Aparajito. But I did not stay for so long then. I will start shooting for a rom-com opposite Srabanti after I reach London. This is a complete commercial flick. Babusona will be my first film with Srabanti (Chatterjee), though I worked with her in dance dramas made for Mahalaya. Needless to say, she is a talented actress, and it would be fun sharing the screen space with her,” said Jeetu. He added, “Then I will start shooting for Apanjon with Ritabhari (Chakraborty). I feel she, too, is a talented actress.”
Jeetu just completed Arun Roy’s film, Aranyer Din Ratri, which is based on Sunil Gangopadhyay’s novel. “We shot in Jharkhand and it is such a beautiful place. Kinjal Nanda, Anusha Viswanathan, Tnusree Chakraborty are also part of the cast,” shared Jeetu.
Will we see him on the small screen? "Not at this moment as I am busy with films now. Maybe later sometime, I really don't know now," said the actor.
