Jeet wraps up ‘Chengiz’ shoot in style

Jeet has just wrapped up the shoot of his much anticipated film ‘Chengiz’. The Tollywood star took to his Instagram handle to share a group picture with the cast and crew of the film, after its wrap.

After ‘Raavan’s impressive box office run, fans are eagerly waiting for Jeet’s next big outing which is again an action entertainer. The film which was announced ahead of the release of ‘Raavan’ promises to be another mass entertainer.
Alongside Jeet, it has popular Bollywood actor Rohit Bose Roy playing a top cop. The upcoming action thriller, being directed by Rajesh Ganguly, is believed to be loaded with high-octane action sequences along with lots of twists and turns in the narrative. The first schedule of the film was wrapped up in June.
The plot of ‘Chengiz’ revolves around the dark alleys of money laundering and money mafia. Besides Jeet and Rohit, it also has Shataf Figar and Susmita Chatterjee in key roles. His new look as we have seen in the first poster of the film resembles the character of an underworld don. Be it the glasses, stylish chequered suit or the cigar on his hand, everything fits the bill for another thrilling mass entertainer.

The action scenes in this film have been choreographed by South Indian cinema’s one of the most renowned stunt directors Stunt Silva who is an important name in South’s commercial film circuit. Silva has worked with elite directors like Gautham Menon, Vijay, Linguswamy, Venkat Prabhu, Rajamouli and Shankar over the years in films like Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Master’, Surya’s ‘Anjaan’ and Silambarasan starrer ‘Maanaadu’ to name a few.
Jeet has always taken the action department in his films to the next level in each of his films and we witnessed this once again in his last film ‘Raavan’. So, it will be interesting to see the action stunts in ‘Chengiz’, especially after Stunt Silva’s addition to the team.
