Koel Mallick doesn’t believe in making any
New Year
resolutions as she feels promises are made impromptu. “If I think I will do something, I start doing that from that day itself. I don’t wait for any special day or time. I have seen so many people making resolutions on New Year or birthdays and breaking it few days later,” said the actress. She added, “By the grace of God, 2019 had been a good year. Sesh Theke Suru was my first release in 2109. Then, MitinMashi happened. And the year ended with Sagardwipey
JawkerDhan. My characters in all these three films were strikingly different from each other. That apart, I travelled a lot.”
In 2020, Koel is looking forward to Soukarya Ghosal’s Rokto Rohoshyo where she plays a RJ. “I have completed dubbing for
Parambrata Chatterjee’s Bonny too, which will also release this year. From July end, I will start shooting for
Arindam Sil’s Phirche Mitin, which is based on
Suchitra Bhattacharya’s Kerala-i-Kistimaat,” Koel signed off.
