Ishan Mazumder's upcoming film
Pinjar, directed by Rudrajit Roy, has been officially selected for the Chicago South Asian Film Festival, where it will have its North American premiere. Preparing for a demanding role in the film, Ishan trained under actress Sudipta Chakraborty, worked on dialect, and followed a strict regimen to bring authenticity to his character.

Mamata Shankar and Joy Sengupta, while also reuniting with director Mainak Bhowmick for their second collaboration,
Bishonno, after the success of
Batshorik.
Beyond films, Ishan has collaborated with Rituparna Sengupta on a Durga Puja-themed music album, specially curated for Times Square, New York. He is also working on original comic projects, showcasing his passion for storytelling across mediums.
