Indrasis Acharya’s next is a thriller

After delivering two back to back critically acclaimed films ‘Bilu Rakkhosh’ and ‘Pupa’, independent film maker Indrasis Acharya is all geared up for his next ‘

Parcel

’ which deals with the intense human emotions.
Saswata Chatterjee and Rituprana Sengupta will play the main leads. Beside these two acting powerhouses, ‘Parcel’ has another four pivotal characters which will be essayed by Anindya Chatterjee, Shreela Majumdar, Ambarish Bhattacharya and Daminee Basu.
Although Indrasis has been tight-lipped about the story, we hear the narrative will slowly unfold in a thriller format and music has a lot to play in the film. Joy Sarkar is composing music. There is every possibility that Rituparna Sengupta may lend her voice for one of the songs. Shooting is already underway at different locations in Kolkata, Shantiniketan and Taki.
Indrasis Acharya has made films independently without any back up from any big production house or stars till now. Still, his films have been appreciated owing to the strong content. Let’s hope ‘Parcel’ won’t be an exception. Additionally this time, the presence of Rituparna and Saswata adds star value to the film.
