Indrani Dutta returns to Kolkata after a short vacation in Puri

After almost a year and a half, Indrani Dutta got a break and the actress didn’t waste any time to plan a short vacation to Puri. She went there last Friday and was back in Kolkata on Monday. Sharing her experience of the trip, the actress said, “I just completed shooting for the serial Jibon Sathi. For the past one-and- a-half years, I have been shooting constantly without a break.So, this trip to Puri was much needed. I feel rejuvenated now. About 17 of us went there and we had a blast. We ate breakfast at noon, lunch at 5 pm and dinner at 2 am in the past four days! Now, I have to get back to routine.”The actress went to Puri temple for Jagannath darshan on Friday itself. “I feel blessed that I could do Jagannath darshan after such a long time. After offering puja, we gorged on gaja and the prasad served there. There are so many new cafes in Puri now. I went to one of them alone and had a nice time there. But this time I couldn’t do any shopping as we didn’t have any time. In May, however, we are planning a family trip to America, as we couldn’t travel abroad for more than two years now.” On the work front, Indrani is reading scripts for OTT shows and short films. “All this while I couldn’t accept offers for OTT, as I was busy acting in serials. But now I am,” said Indrani.
