This action chase drama required him to portray a bank robber, demanding a significant physical transformation. To prepare, Shiboprosad lost 10 kilos, adopting a disciplined diet and workout regimen.

Shiboprosad’s Diet:
- Early Morning: 1 cup of Darjeeling tea with a handful of dry fruits
- Breakfast: 2 rotis made from oat flour, boiled vegetables, and 2 egg white omelettes
- Lunch: Quinoa, homemade sabzi, and 2 pieces of fish
- Evening: A handful of chana
- Dinner: Boiled egg salad with cucumber and sabzi made from lauki or papaya
Shiboprosad’s Workout Routine:
Shiboprosad’s fitness routine includes stretching, walking, free-hand exercises with resistance bands, and yoga. “I work out for about 30 minutes every day without exception. Fitness is a daily commitment, so even while traveling or on holiday, I maintain my routine and carry my yoga mat,” he explains.
During the shooting of

, Shiboprosad faced an unexpected challenge. He was injured in an accident while filming a chase sequence and had to be hospitalized. Despite being sidelined for a month, he managed to maintain his weight and physical condition crucial for continuity in the film. Once his doctors cleared him, he diligently pursued physiotherapy and resumed shooting precisely after a month, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to the role
