The film will be largely based on ‘Jangoler Moddhe Ek Hotel’ from late

's popular Kakababu series. The latest Kakababu film will mostly be shot in the forests of Kenya and South Africa. The Maasai Mara game reserve will add to the visual pleasure showing the African wildlife extensively.
Srijit is hopefull the film from this franchise will once again rule the box office: “Kakababu films have always broken records at the box office and I am confident ‘Kakababur Protyaborton’ will do the same. It’s my next Puja gift to all the Bengali audience who love adventure films.”
“Kakabau had earlier travelled to Egypt, mountain and it’s the first time Kakabau will visit the jungles this Puja. I am waiting for the shoot to start. I will urge everyone to watch it,” an elated Prosenjit Chatterjee said.
