The Tollywood diva wants freedom from a lot of things like female feticide, child abuse and domestic violence.
“I want independence from lot of things. Like first of all, COVID-19 which is taking a toll on all of us. We want freedom from this virus and I want this pandemic to end so that we can all go back to our normal lives,” said Rituparna in an exclusive video message to ETimes.

But at the same time I want to remain calm and be positive and not lose hope,” adds the seasoned actress who is right now in Singapore with her family.
Despite the troubled time, Rituparna urges all to stay calm and be positive. “We are going through a tough time. But we need to be strong. We need to have a lot of confidence that there will be a better day ahead and I am wishing a very happy Independence Day to all of us. Let this dark night pass and we see a beautiful day coming up,” signs off the celebrated actress.
