’ is a unique story of emotions two generations share and encapsulates the sweet bond between siblings in teenage days. The slice-of-a-life drama weaves around the two central characters Apu (Rwitobroto Mukherjee) and his cousin Durga (Sauraseni Maitra). The trailer and the first song from the film ‘Tor Sathe’ has already sent the social media into a tizzy, and now the makers have launched the first look posters to double the excitement. and Shantilal Mukherjee, the posters will surely bring back the memories of your childhood days.

Produced by SVF, the film sees a 17-year-old teenager Apu’s relationship with his parents getting tested as he searches for teenage rebellion and fun with his cool 19-year-old cousin who gives him the courage to discover himself. Mainak focuses on a coming-of-age story revolving around friendship, parenting and exploring your own life.

What makes ‘Generation Aami’ more special is the fact that the script, which is by the director himself, relates to his own life story during his teenage days.

The film is slated to release on November 23.
