on Tuesday. She said that even today when she attends an event and sees Soumitra there, she always tries to get a seat beside him.

While the film will release in February, the screening was held at KIFF on Monday. Directed by Sudeshna Roy and Abhijit Guha, it also stars Parambrata Chatterjee, who is playing the character of Dr Nilava Roy. The story revolves around Alzheimer’s disease and how it causes troubles in relationships. “During the shoot of the film, there was one sequence in which I had to give a very mild but apt expression. After the shot, Soumitrada came and told me ‘bhalo hoyeche’ (good job) and I was on cloud nine. I kept sharing this incident with my friends, family and colleagues till they were bored to death,” Gargee signed off.
